TC - 1
Traders are not allowed to use, display, or sell items that are or have: faulty, bric-a-brac, second hand goods, broken items, out of date food or beverages, alcohol of any kind (except in food items), flags or bunting of any kind, items that promote violence, derogatory or foul language of any kind, anti-Christian sentiments/statements/imagery, homophobic sentiments/statements/imagery, racist sentiments/statements/imagery, nudity of any kind, religious items of any kind, dangerous substances, illegal substances, sharps i.e. knifes or syringes, cigarettes/cigars/tobacco/vapes, medical equipment/supplies, military equipment/supplies, generators or gas fuelled units or equipment, live or dead animals or insects, ivory, a tombola or raffle of any kind. Food vehicles/trailers are not allowed at events.

TC - 2
Each trader is responsible for any injury caused to any individual or damage caused to the venue/site as a result of items sold or how the traders stall is set up, this includes using the venue/site water or electricity. Lawlor Event Company takes no responsibility for any injury caused to any individual or damage caused to a venue/site as a result of items sold or used by each trader, or by how each trader has set up their stall. Each trader is required to have their own Public Liability Insurance, the insurance acquired by Lawlor Event Company for the event does not act as cover for traders.

TC - 3
Traders who are selling food and drink items are required to submit their food safety certificate, a standard level 2 certificate usually completed every 2 years this can be uploaded in the application form below or will be requested upon successful application, additionally any trader using a fire producing unit i.e. a BBQ is required to submit a risk assessment which will be requested upon successful application.

TC - 4
Lawlor Event Company takes no responsibility for damage or loss to personal or commercial property/items/goods used or sold by the trader at the event, the traders journey to the event, the traders journey leaving the event, or adverse weather conditions, all personal and commercial vehicles are parked at the traders own risk.

TC - 5
Stall fees are non refundable, this includes for traders who are no longer able to attend the event, no refund will be given for stalls paid for which are then cancelled by Lawlor Event Company as a result of relevant documents not being provided by the trader within a reasonable time period of 1 week from the date the request is made *food safety certificate* risk assessment*. Stall fees are non refundable for events that are cancelled. Each trader is given a 1 week payment period to pay their stall fee after which the booking will be cancelled and the payment link deactivated, the trader will need to submit a new application should the trader still wish to trade at the event.

TC - 6
By filling in the application form for this event you agree to Lawlor event Company Limited handling your data in compliance with GDPR, this includes using the details you provide to contact you about future events you may be interested in applying to trade at. No information is shared with 2nd or 3rd parties.
